Design process

When I started the design process, the marker already had a few pet care business ideas for the product. So I jumped in quickly to simplify the user journey using a short-list sketch. I wanted to guarantee users would have a simple path to look for their friend on the product.

In order to validate the identified product problems and challenges, I conducted user research to ensure that the targeted pain points effectively addressed user problems and improved business outcomes. Our overall process had 5 stages:
